What is Rosie?

Rosie lets you shop online or from your mobile device from local grocery stores for delivery or in­-store pickup. Rosie is the fastest, most convenient way to shop for groceries in your community!

How do I change my account settings?

After signing in to Rosie, you will see a gear icon on the top right corner of the page. Clicking this icon will reveal four links:

  • My account: Change or update your personal information (such as email, zip code, or password).

  • My stores: Displays all available stores and enables you to switch between them. When you switch between stores, your cart is cleared to enable easy shopping at the new store.

  • My preferences: Change your email notifications and substitutions settings.

  • Log out: It does just that‚ it logs you out! Don't worry though, any items stored in your cart will be saved for when you come back.

Why do some products not have pictures?

Rosie maintains a large and growing database of pictures and descriptions for all available products. However, many new and local products are frequently released, and we may not have the product image or description available right away. You can always purchase any product shown on Rosie’s website, even if there is no picture.

If you are ever unsure about an item you are purchasing, please call your local store or contact support@rosieapp.com for assistance.

How do I reach the Rosie Support Team?

Is Rosie available on Holidays?

Yes, you can shop on Rosie 365 days a year, but please note that support response times may be delayed on the following holidays:

New Years Eve, New Years, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve
