Is Rosie available near me?
Rosie is available across the United States in over 40 states, and is coming soon to many more stores throughout the country — find your store. Rosie’s pickup and delivery services are set by retailers. Please contact your local store for more details.
When you log onto Rosie, you can enter your zip code and all available stores near you will be displayed. If you don’t see your favorite store, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and let the store know as well that you’d like Rosie to be there!
Can I pick up my items at the store?
Yes! When checking out on Rosie, you may choose an available time up to four days in advance, and the store will have your items ready and waiting either in their designated curbside pickup spots or at their Customer Service counter. Available time slots will be shown during the checkout process.
You will receive a reminder email within a few hours of your chosen pickup window. This email will also include your final receipt, which will include the final prices for any variable weight products, and will identify any substituted or out of stock products. Finally, your email will have a six character confirmation code. This code will be required by the store to receive your groceries.
How does delivery work?
To receive your items, there must be someone available at your specificed delivery location. Whether it’s a home or business address, simply provide your six character confirmation code to the delivery driver (listed on your emailed receipt) and receive your items.
You will receive a reminder email within a few hours of your chosen delivery window. This email will also include your final receipt, which will include the final prices for any variable weight products, and will identify any substituted products or out of stock products. The delivery driver will then call or text you upon arriving at the delivery address. Available delivery windows vary by store, but are typically two hours long, and you can place an order up to four days in advance for delivery.
For security reasons orders cannot be left unattended outside residences or businesses. All products ordered for delivery are maintained at the proper temperature until the moment it arrives at your door. Rosie’s delivery service includes strict requirements on temperature controls, and all delivery drivers are trained on proper food safety procedures.
What if I have to change my delivery or pick up time?
You may change the day and time of your order simply by calling your local store. Contact information for each store is available on the store select screen. Rosie will soon be releasing a new feature that lets directly modify your order, as well as change the day/time of pickup or delivery.
If a customer is not home for the delivery, or does not come into the store for pick up, Rosie will attempt to contact them to schedule an alternative time within the next few days. If this is not possible, the customer may be charged a re-stocking fee to replace the items.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! You can specify your exact preferences by adding a note to any product in your shopping cart. You can state anything from when you want your avocados to be ripe to how large you like your tomatoes. You may also add a general note to any delivery order, such as to specify if the driver should use the side entrance of the building.
